Guess the Price on This Northville Colonial | Full Home Tour
Come for a tour of one of our new listings! This one's been well maintained, smartly updated, and it's on the right side of Northville — and yes, that's a thing. I've been selling homes in Metro Detroit for 24 years and over 8,000 transactions. This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,345 square foot home in one of Northville's most convenient locations. The big-ticket items are in good shape: roof done in 2010 with about ten years left, high-quality windows, new front door, new garage door, and a high-efficiency furnace that's going to keep your heating bills lower than most of the neighborhood. Five minutes to downtown Northville.

Metro Detroit Weekend Events
Detroit Tigers’ Home Opener returns April 3, bringing one of Detroit’s most celebrated unofficial holidays back to the city. Whether fans are heading into Comerica Park or simply planning to be part of the energy downtown, the day is expected to draw big crowds for pregame parties, festivals, and packed bars throughout the afternoon and evening. It remains one of the biggest spring traditions in Detroit, with the excitement stretching well beyond the ballpark.
Oakland County Parks’ Great Marshmallow Drop is set to bring plenty of springtime excitement to Royal Oak this weekend as 15,000 marshmallows rain down from a helicopter at Worden Park. One of the area’s most popular seasonal events, the drop invites participants to collect just one marshmallow and exchange it for a prize bag filled with goodies. The event will feature four total drops, including one designed for individuals with disabilities. It takes place April 3 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and no registration is required.
Blake Farms is bringing Easter fun to both Armada and Almont this weekend with a pair of family-friendly events filled with egg hunts, photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, and more seasonal activities. Easter Egg-stravaganza takes place April 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill in Armada, while A Hoppin’ Good Time runs April 4 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Blake’s Backyard in Almont. Both events offer a festive way for families to celebrate the holiday and enjoy a full day of Easter-themed fun.
Canterbury Village’s Eggstravaganza is bringing a full weekend of Easter fun to Lake Orion with a packed lineup of family-friendly activities. Included with admission are lawn games, a petting zoo, photos with the Easter Bunny, magic and juggling shows, and the popular helicopter egg drop, with guests encouraged to bring their own baskets. The event runs April 3 through 4 at Canterbury Village, with tickets priced at $13.99 plus taxes and fees, while rides cost extra. Advance tickets are required, as walk-up admission will not be available.
The Village of Rochester Hills is offering families a festive and budget-friendly way to celebrate Easter Bunny & Petting Farm this weekend with free visits with the Easter Bunny and a complimentary petting farm. Guests can stop by April 3 and 4 from noon to 5 p.m. each day for photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, though they will need to bring their own camera, as photographers will not be provided.
