When will the market crash?

People have been asking me, "How is the real estate market doing?"

If you ask most agents, they will tell you it has been slow.  Here's the truth: The Perna Team had its best month in our 15-year history.  

How is that possible?  The marketplace isn't slow; it has slow agents who were trained to wait for the phone to ring.

Our team is proactive in our marketing and approach, and goes out and finds buyers.  

People still want to buy.  Some people are sitting on millions in savings.

70% of our buyers are from outside our area.  They have stocks, bonds, and cash.  They don't care what the interest rate is because that isn't a factor.  

Last weekend, one of our agents sold four homes for over $1.5M in one day. 

The market is not crashing. I predict prices will go up 7-10% over the next two years. 

You will look back at 2025 and wish you had bought or sold to upgrade because people think it is slow and will make you a great deal.
